HR Advisor - 12 Months FTC
12-month FTC HR Advisor role in Wolverhampton with hybrid working, supporting a busy HR team through transformation and growth. Deliver day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records while autonomously handling a high volume of employee relations cases. Support recruitment activities—from job postings to interviews and onboarding for new hires. Assist with benefits, payroll queries, and policy inquiries, and manage benefits enrollment and changes. Contribute to performance management, coaching, training coordination, and employee development initiatives; maintain HRIS data and generate reports. Required: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, strong employment law knowledge, excellent communication, and a proven generalist HR background with experience managing ER cases; immediate availability is essential.
