HR Business Partner for 12-Month Contract
Two experienced HR Business Partners are required for a 12-month contract in Leeds with hybrid working (3 days onsite). You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into practical people solutions and use workforce data to anticipate challenges and shape targeted interventions. Design and deliver workforce strategies aligned to objectives, including workforce planning, resourcing, change management, engagement, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning. Provide expert advice across employment matters, including leading on complex and high-risk cases. Design and facilitate HR and OD learning interventions, coach HR colleagues, and lead on policy development and large-scale change programmes. The role requires Advanced Level 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and significant generalist HR experience in large, complex, and unionised organisations, with a proven track record of delivering innovative HR solutions and continuous improvement.
