The role
Lead data science and analytics to advance the Fortnite ecosystem and drive growth across the Developer Economy, IP Development, Creator Relations, and Genre Campaigns.
Partner with design and product leaders to break down ambiguous problems, define essential metrics, and shape strategic direction using data.
Transform raw data into scalable models, production metrics, and dashboards that inform product decisions and improve user engagement.
Build and instrument data pipelines, ensure data quality, and deliver insights via dashboards (Tableau) and other visualization tools.
Collaborate across product, marketing, business, and technology teams to align goals and execute initiatives with clear communication.
Requirements include 7+ years in data science/analytics for live-service games, strong SQL over billions of rows, Spark (PySpark/Scala), experimentation and causal inference, data visualization, GitHub, and Airflow.
