The role
Lead development and execution of the omnichannel eCommerce growth strategy for key retailers to accelerate online sales.
Build and manage cross-functional partnerships across sales, marketing, IT, finance, demand planning, and supply chain to align goals.
Develop and implement go-to-market and assortment strategies that improve online brand presence and profitability.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities and drive merchandising and promotional effectiveness.
Guide and mentor a direct report, fostering a collaborative environment and influencing retail partners to meet strategic goals.
Present performance insights to senior leadership and translate data into actionable recommendations to optimize the omnichannel customer experience.
