The role
Own the design and delivery of analytical data products that inform safety-related decisions.
Create and manage foundational datasets powering company-wide reporting and analytics.
Build interactive dashboards and data tools to deepen understanding of safety systems and model performance.
Implement production-grade quality controls, anomaly detection, and monitoring for critical internal models.
Scale data foundations with high quality, reliability, and performance; define metric frameworks with cross-functional partners.
Translate complex business problems into scalable data engineering and statistical solutions, and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
