The role
Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies for tech initiatives across Tech, Product & AI to ensure smooth adoption.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, engage, and secure buy-in for proposed changes.
Assess change impact on various groups, address resistance, and mitigate risks with tailored plans.
Design and deliver communications and learning programs to equip employees with new skills and ways of working.
Monitor progress, track KPIs, and adjust plans based on feedback and lessons learned.
Provide ongoing coaching, facilitation, and governance to sustain adoption in a fast-paced environment.
