Innovate algorithms to optimize neural network performance while embedding robust safety measures.
Establish evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to rigorously assess AI safety outcomes.
Design experiments, analyze results, and iteratively refine models based on data-driven insights.
Build hands-on, distributed ML systems using Python, Jax, and Rust.
Partner with cross-functional experts to deploy safety-focused AI features in high-impact, user-centric products.
