Human Resources Manager – Greater London

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the hotel’s people and culture initiatives in Greater London, working closely with senior management to implement employee engagement strategies and manage HR functions. They will advise on employment legislation, oversee employee relations, and manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. The role involves leading talent development, workforce planning, and promoting wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive working environment. Ensuring compliance with GDPR, health & safety, and employment laws is essential, alongside managing payroll support and maintaining accurate records. The HR Manager will develop the HR team, act as a visible presence across the hotel, and support the management of the UK Skilled Worker sponsorship licence. They should possess strong knowledge of UK employment law, be proactive, and have excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in hospitality HR.
