The role
A vacancy exists for an experienced Costs Lawyer or Senior Law Costs Draftsperson to join a well-established legal team in Cardiff. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of complex costs cases, including personal injury and commercial litigation matters. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Costs, Cost Budgets, and negotiating settlements, alongside representing clients at hearings. Candidates should have strong technical skills, experience with costs documentation, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with CostsMaster is beneficial but not required.
