The role
A legal professional is required in York to provide expert advice on commercial contracts, risk mitigation, and legal compliance for a multinational. The role involves drafting and reviewing sales, technology licensing, procurement, and other commercial agreements across various business units. The candidate will deliver legal training, manage claims and litigation, and contribute to process improvements to enhance legal service delivery. Strong experience in UK commercial law, stakeholder management, and independent work are essential. Knowledge of manufacturing, data protection, and EU law will be advantageous, along with language skills in French, Italian, or Spanish.
