The role
Lead end-to-end ML systems focused on safety, including similarity detection and computer vision classification.
Develop production-grade models and scalable moderation platforms to support multiple teams.
Evolve the safety experience with adaptable architectures and data-driven detection approaches.
Define the team's roadmap, establish strong technical foundations, and mentor junior engineers.
Collaborate with AI Systems, PM, Data, and other stakeholders to align on strategy and impact.
Apply adversarial thinking and continuous experimentation to identify opportunities and risks.
