The role
A boutique investment bank in Southampton is seeking a motivated analyst or associate to support M&A and financing transactions within the TMT sectors. The role involves conducting financial analysis, valuation, and preparing pitch materials, along with sector research and client interactions. Candidates should have approximately three years of investment banking experience, particularly in TMT deals, with advanced financial modelling skills. The position requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a high-performance environment. The role offers exposure to senior leadership, direct client interactions, and involvement in live transactions. Technical skills include DCF, LBO, public comps, and precedent transactions analysis.
