The role involves working with core hotel systems such as CRS, PMS, and CRM, and bridging technology with operations. It requires a strategic and collaborative mindset, with strong experience in hospitality IT systems. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence are essential to advise and challenge across all levels. The role offers the opportunity to shape hotel technology strategies within a respected hospitality organisation. It is a hybrid position, combining office-based work four days a week with local working arrangements.
