The role
The HR Manager is responsible for leading a professional HR team, offering expert advice across the employee lifecycle, and supporting organisational change and employee wellbeing initiatives. They will manage complex employee relations cases, lead investigations, and ensure legal compliance in all HR practices. The role involves developing policies, providing managerial training, and monitoring HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills are essential, alongside extensive knowledge of UK employment law. The position requires proactive leadership and excellent organisational abilities to support high-performance teams in a regulated sector. Experience in health and social care or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous, with CIPD qualification preferred.
