The role
An electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and testing electrical wiring for boiler systems within occupied properties. The role involves fault finding, electrical testing, and ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards. Candidates should have experience working in social housing or domestic environments and be confident in wiring boilers. A Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation or equivalent is required, along with a full UK driving licence. The position involves working within occupied social housing and delivering excellent customer service. Knowledge of industry regulations, technical skills in wiring and electrical testing, and experience in maintenance environments are essential.
