The role
A Children's Social Care Data Analyst in Sheffield is responsible for supporting the Children & Families Service by providing performance and management information, including statutory returns such as CIN Census and SSDA903. The role involves developing new reports to monitor social care KPIs using Power BI and communicating complex data insights effectively to various audiences. The analyst will need strong IT, analytical, and data interpretation skills along with experience in automating reports and database management. It requires the ability to work independently, support statutory compliance, and collaborate with team and external partners. Knowledge of children's services data is desirable, but not essential, and hybrid working is available in Sheffield. This position offers an exciting opportunity to positively influence the lives of children through data-driven decision-making.
