The role
Design and develop large-scale machine learning and deep learning models for high-impact personalization and product recommendations.
Work with state-of-the-art technologies in recommendation systems and apply both structured and unstructured data insights.
Define and implement offline and online evaluation metrics and A/B test plans to quantify impact for diverse stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business to architect scalable ML solutions.
Produce reusable code, conduct peer reviews, and maintain robust MLOps practices in Python and cloud environments.
Drive experimentation, iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment, and translate business goals into practical ML outcomes.
