The role
Lead and manage data science projects that align with business goals, delivering models, algorithms, and reporting to empower decision-making.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights that drive risk-aware growth strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations, Engineering) to define data needs and provide actionable insights.
Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes, establishing best practices for data governance.
Mentor and develop junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-quality execution.
Shape and execute a Europe-wide SMB acquisition roadmap, balancing profitability with risk, regulatory considerations, and stakeholder alignment.
