The role
Be part of a hands-on volunteer program as an Event Organizer for a major Insurtech conference in New York City, focusing on on-site logistics and attendee experience.
Coordinate with 80+ volunteers to ensure smooth operations across registration, wayfinding, session management, and crowd flow.
Support coordination with speakers, sponsors, and attendees, delivering timely information and excellent service during the event.
Manage schedules, tasks, and on-site workflows to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality conference experience at the Javits Center.
