The role
A Finance Analyst role involves producing weekly and monthly performance reports, analysing revenue, margin, and profitability against budgets and forecasts, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across financial performance. The position requires creating KPI dashboards and supporting month-end and quarter-end activities while partnering with commercial teams to enhance business results. Candidates should possess strong financial modelling, advanced Excel skills, and experience in budgeting and forecasting. Communicating complex financial data effectively to non-finance stakeholders is essential, alongside problem-solving and a proactive mindset. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a financial qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA are also required.
