The role
You will operate at the heart of waste cost management and sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
As a Project Specialist, you will drive cost saving and forecast accuracy by introducing new processes and providing actionable data to cross-functional teams.
You will enable forecast-driven event planning for fresh categories and lead ideas from conception to measurable outcomes to reduce waste.
You will contribute to the Now Soon Later plan, and lead elements across fresh business teams to minimise total loss.
You will challenge stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and own the governance around forecast interventions and rationale.
You will work independently, manage initiatives to completion, and monitor performance using Excel/Google tools and reports.
