Environmental Engineer: Responsible for air quality compliance and permitting, managing external consultants, and advising business partners. Requires 3-5 years experience with NSR and Title V permitting, strong knowledge of air quality laws and regulations, and excellent communication skills. Bachelor's in Environmental or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
