The role
Johnston Carmichael offers graduate roles in accountancy with a three-year training programme that provides experience, responsibility, and full study support for relevant qualifications. The programme helps develop technical knowledge alongside interpersonal and commercial skills and includes networking events and soft skills training. Positions are available in Edinburgh and other cities for January 2027 or August 2027 start dates, specialising in audit or general accountancy. Candidates should have recently graduated with a first-class or 2:1 honours degree in any subject, demonstrating a growth mindset, attention to detail, and good judgment.
