The role
Join a high-impact, hybrid role to design and implement new algorithm components within a production dispatching system for on-demand logistics.
Integrate state-of-the-art optimization and machine learning techniques to improve dispatch efficiency and decision quality.
Extract actionable insights from logistics data and translate them into production-ready algorithm components.
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and operators to deliver scalable, cross-functional solutions.
Address complex optimization problems across a three-sided marketplace, benefiting consumers, dashers, and merchants.
Qualifications include a PhD or Masters in a related field and 3+ years of experience in optimization (mathematical programming or metaheuristics) and strong programming fundamentals.
