The role

Lead and advise high-net-worth clients on comprehensive estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, medical directives, and tax strategies.
Draft, review, and tailor estate planning documents from basic to complex, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and family structures.
Conduct client consultations to assess assets, goals, and dynamics; provide clear guidance and recommendations while maintaining confidentiality.
Manage complex estates, including business interests, charitable giving, and multi-generational planning; coordinate with financial advisors and accountants.
Represent clients in probate court and during administration of trusts and estates as needed; stay current on federal/state laws impacting estate planning and tax matters.
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, empathy, discretion, and clear communication; deliver presentations and seminars when appropriate.
