The role
Manage a full spectrum of family law cases from intake to resolution, including divorce, child custody, child support, and property division.
Conduct client consultations, draft and file petitions, motions, and court orders, and prepare for mediations and trials.
Provide clear, proactive client communication and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure smooth case progression.
Represent clients in court hearings and settlement conferences, pursuing favorable outcomes while upholding ethical standards.
Attend mediation sessions and negotiate settlements; ensure timely submission of all court-required documents.
Estate planning and probate experience is a plus but not required, with involvement as needed.
