The role
The role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining gas appliances and systems, adhering to Gas Safe regulations. The technician will service unvented hot water storage systems, with a G3 qualification preferred, and perform general plumbing tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair. Routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment are essential duties, along with assisting in the construction and refurbishment of properties. The candidate should have proven experience in plumbing and facilities maintenance, along with strong problem-solving skills. Travelling to various sites for work is expected, requiring good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of relevant technical tools and certification in plumbing safety standards is necessary for success in this role.
