The role
Assist Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders to support project controls.
Help maintain schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, tracking milestones and flagging delays.
Conduct field coordination visits (or virtual reviews) to monitor safety, quality, and design compliance.
Coordinate with subcontractors, material suppliers, and design teams to ensure just-in-time delivery.
Support cost management through budget tracking, quantity take-offs, and invoice verification.
Participate in safety audits and toolbox talks to reinforce a safety-first culture and compliance.
