The role
Develop and execute inventory plans to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
Analyse sales patterns, market trends, and seasonal fluctuations to deliver accurate demand forecasts.
Utilise leading forecasting and replenishment systems to manage forecasts, product lifecycles, and purchase orders.
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Operations, Central Distribution, and Suppliers to monitor stock and PO progress.
Lead regular forecast review meetings, discuss variances, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
Demonstrate strong analytical ability, effective communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
