The role
A full-time community pharmacist and independent prescriber is sought to support three pharmacy branches in Rutherglen, Dalmarnock, and Dumbarton. The role involves acting as the Responsible Pharmacist, providing NHS services, and delivering patient-centred pharmaceutical care including prescribing. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with professional standards, monitor safety, and contribute to service development. They will collaborate with store managers and participate in ongoing professional development, including prescribing audits. Applicants need GPhC registration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within teams. Support is provided for those working towards independent prescribing qualification.
