The role
This role is part of the Podcast R&D data science team, evaluating the performance of features aimed at creator monetization.
Develop research questions and conduct exploratory data analysis to understand how creators monetize and where products can deliver greater value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers to improve monetization tools for creators.
Define, evaluate, dashboard, and monitor metrics, and identify root causes of changes.
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to shape product strategy and drive business impact.
Contribute to the development of the Insights function and the broader analytics community with rigorous, data-informed decision making.
