The role
Lead strategic and operational planning for national and global meetings and events, aligning with business objectives.
Own annual planning budgets for pipeline and in-line products, including forecasting and financial tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality program execution and vendor performance.
Liaise with affiliates to harmonize meeting programs domestically and internationally while monitoring compliance.
Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and leverage analytics to measure program impact and ROI.
Operate with strong vendor management, negotiation, and project leadership across varied scales and timelines.
