The role
This role involves managing and improving core business applications by overseeing data quality, automating manual processes, and maintaining dashboards using Power BI. The analyst will work closely with colleagues to gather requirements, analyse system needs, and implement practical solutions that enhance decision-making across the organisation. Strong communication skills are vital, as well as experience with SaaS platforms, CRM, and data visualisation tools. The position requires the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and produce clear documentation. Candidates should have a proactive approach towards process improvements, automation, and data management, operating within a professional services setting. Responsibility includes liaising with external providers and supporting the adoption of new software systems.
