The role
Develop and edit UI text, microcopy, and interface content to improve usability and engagement.
Create onboarding materials, FAQs, and helpful resources to support product adoption.
Define tone of voice and ensure consistency across product journeys, guided by a style guide.
Collaborate with designers, researchers, developers, and product managers to align content with user needs and goals.
Contribute to content strategy, conduct content audits, and support translation and accessibility efforts.
