The role
Take ownership of day-to-day property management for two prestigious retail assets, Brent Cross and The Oracle, delivering exceptional operations and tenant satisfaction.
Act as the primary liaison to the Asset Manager, managing lease administration, consent to alter requests, wayleaves, underlets and assignments while ensuring covenant compliance.
Drive financial performance through budgeting, service charge management, cash flow oversight, and coordination with client accounts teams.
Lead ESG initiatives, health and safety compliance, and insurance matters to align portfolio performance with client and company standards.
Oversee property transactions, due diligence, transitions, and collaboration with third-party partners for major works and site projects.
Prepare client reporting, contribute to KPI achievement, and explore cross-selling opportunities while supporting team development.
