A national procurement manager oversees cross-functional projects, manages stakeholder relationships, and supports supplier performance within a manufacturing environment. The role involves leading procurement initiatives across multiple sites, developing and implementing strategies, and supporting continuous improvement processes. Candidates should have a senior background in procurement or supply chain management, with experience in manufacturing sectors and manual procurement tools. The position offers remote work, with travel to six UK sites and occasional international travel for project execution. The role also involves stakeholder management, project planning, reporting, and potentially covering directorship responsibilities when necessary.
