The role
This full-time Medical Assistant role supports orthopedic physicians in delivering patient-focused care at on-site clinics.
Greet and triage patients on arrival, obtain histories, and record vital signs and measurements.
Assist clinicians with examinations, procedures, and treatments, while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.
Review care plans with patients after visits to ensure understanding and coordinate follow-up appointments.
Keep exam and procedure rooms organized, clean, and ready for each patient; handle scheduling, pre-authorizations, medical records, and test results.
Demonstrate attention to detail, stay organized in a fast-paced setting, and communicate effectively with patients and the team.
