The role
A Front End Web Developer is sought to work on a long-term project involving the development of websites using modern technologies and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role involves creating modular, reusable components with React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), SASS/LESS, and Node.js, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Responsibilities include implementing web accessibility standards, maintaining security best practices in line with OWASP, and managing source code with Git. The developer will participate in Agile delivery activities, including planning and reviews, and contribute to technical standards and continuous improvement. Technical skills required include expertise in React, AEM, web accessibility, and secure development, with a solid understanding of build tools and source control systems. The role offers hybrid working, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week in Coventry, with a daily rate of £400-£475 via Umbrella.
