The role
Own the strategy, quality, and performance of the web content ecosystem, ensuring clear, accessible, and brand-aligned experiences.
Translate brand narratives into digital execution; define content models, page structures, and standards to boost usability and conversions.
Write, edit, and publish high-quality, audience-focused content with consistent tone and voice across pages.
Apply on-page SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and UX principles; conduct keyword research and performance analysis to optimize pages.
Monitor content performance with analytics, translating insights into actionable updates and prioritization.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support campaigns and initiatives; mentor interns and guide campus contributors.
