The role
Own end-to-end ML platform initiatives, from requirements gathering to developer enablement, adoption, and impact delivery.
Build, deploy, and monitor scalable ML systems that power personalization, recommendations, search, and safety features.
Explore and leverage large, diverse datasets to derive actionable insights and inform product decisions.
Ensure reliability and performance through automated retraining, feature logging, monitoring, and A/B testing.
Lead with ownership and collaborate across engineering, data science, and product teams to drive impact.
Stay ahead with cutting-edge ML/AI research, evaluating generative AI, vector stores, LLMs, and agent frameworks, applying them to production platforms.
