The role
Lead end-to-end ML projects in geospatial data, mapping, and activity recording, from prototype to production.
Own the full lifecycle of models, including prototyping, evaluation, deployment, scaling, and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with product, design, client, and server engineers to deliver ML-powered experiences that impact millions of active users.
Develop novel models for mapping, routing, and search using extensive fitness and geo datasets while advancing AI capabilities.
Operate in a hybrid Berlin setting (on-site three days per week) and partner with ML, platform, and data teams to improve production reliability and ML standards.
Stay current with ML research, advocate innovative approaches, and translate insights into measurable business impact.
