The role
The Business Analyst will work on multiple agile projects, collaborating with digital teams to deliver specific products and digital transformation initiatives. They will handle requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, and documentation. The role requires working within multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality standards are met at various project stages from alpha to production. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders at all levels, promoting best practices in requirements and UX methodologies. Knowledge of the Software Development Life-Cycle and Agile environment is essential. The role demands proven experience with digital services, translating business needs into technical requirements, and supporting usability and accessibility standards.
