The role
The role involves providing technical leadership and defining architectural strategies for multidisciplinary teams working on generative AI, predictive modelling, and optimisation within a fintech environment. Candidates will design and operate production AI/ML systems, develop scalable platforms and services, and translate emerging AI capabilities into impactful solutions. Responsibilities include establishing engineering standards, mentoring teams, and partnering across functions to deploy AI solutions at scale.
