Estimator Pricing Specialist – Toronto

An Estimator Pricing Specialist supports customer quoting and product costing within a multi-site manufacturing environment. The role involves reviewing RFQ drawings and specifications, developing cost estimates based on materials and labour, and preparing competitive quotes in a timely manner. The individual will collaborate with engineering, operations, purchasing, and sales teams to understand production needs and cost drivers, while evaluating supplier pricing for materials and services. Maintaining accurate costing information and supporting pricing reviews are key responsibilities, along with identifying process improvement opportunities. Suitable candidates should possess extensive estimating and costing experience, familiarity with manufacturing processes, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel; SAP or Salesforce experience is advantageous. The position demands strong analytical and organisational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of manufacturing costs and processes.
