The role
As a Founding AI Engineer, you will define the platform's AI product features and technical foundation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Build GenAI systems with multi-agent workflows, LLM orchestration, tool integrations, and enterprise API connections.
Design scalable data pipelines and AI-driven ETL to ingest diverse data sources and store results in production databases and vector indexes.
Fine-tune transformer models using LoRA/PEFT, optimize prompts, and implement RAG architectures for knowledge retrieval.
Develop backend services, APIs, and AI-powered dashboards while ensuring reliability through monitoring, autoscaling, and performance optimization.
Engineer production-grade ML models and low-latency inference pipelines for real-time and batch workloads.
