The role involves participating in financial month-ends, communicating with social insurance bodies, and assisting with administrative HR duties. The position requires interacting with staff, authorities, and social insurance entities regarding payroll matters, as well as maintaining accurate time data and handling international travel expense claims. Candidates should have relevant commercial training or studies, HR experience, and strong SAP skills including SAP HCM and SAP SF Employee Central. Fluency in German and English, organised working style, and the ability to work independently are essential. The position offers a full-time schedule in Aberdeen in the automotive and motorsport industry.
