The role
Lead end-to-end data science initiatives focused on NLP and Generative AI to deliver AI-powered product features for B2B SaaS and consumer experiences.
Own the lifecycle of production-ready ML/AI models, including data prep, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring at scale.
Work on problems spanning prediction, ranking, search, recommendation systems, content generation and personalization to drive product impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of software engineers, product managers, designers, data analytics and ML engineers to translate requirements into DS deliverables.
Utilize GCP tools (Vertex AI, BigQuery) and Airflow to develop, deploy and maintain models while analysing outcomes to inform strategy.
Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement with a product-minded approach to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
