The role
The Junior HRIS Specialist supports HRIS system administration, data uploads, configuration updates and org changes, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. Responsibilities include performing data quality checks, supporting HR process cycles such as performance reviews and talent activities, and acting as the first point of contact for support tickets. The role involves assisting with documentation, testing, reporting, and general project support, requiring curiosity and methodical working with attention to data integrity. Suitable candidates will have some experience with HRIS systems, a good understanding of HR data management and processes, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, MS Excel, MS Visio, and Jira will be advantageous, offering growth opportunities in HRIS technology.
