The role
Develop best practices for instrumentation and experimentation, enabling rapid, rigorous product decisions.
Apply statistical methods and scientific rigor to understand user behavior and product impact at scale.
Build and prototype scalable analysis pipelines while mastering data structures and key metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, research, and analytics to turn insights into action.
Lead and mentor on statistically sound approaches, guiding teams toward high-quality, actionable results.
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions.
