Integrated Manufacturing Technician
As an Integrated Manufacturing Technician, you will join a multi-skilled maintenance team at a state-of-the-art facility in Wolverhampton to support automated production equipment. You will provide first-response breakdown support, perform preventive maintenance, and implement permanent corrective actions to minimise downtime. Responsibilities include commissioning and maintaining CNC machining centres, conveyors, gantry systems, and robotics used to build battery packs and electric drive units. You will work with Siemens PLCs and electrical fault finding techniques, with training in Siemens, Kuka, and ABB robotics. The role involves weekend/shutdown work and delivering projects on schedule, with ongoing training to enhance your skills. Required qualifications include Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering and experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
